These Terms apply to all digital and printed Rojelle Gift Cards. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, the purchaser and recipient agree to the following conditions.

Gift Cards are available in digital or printed format. The treatment suggestions shown alongside each Gift Card are examples only and do not guarantee eligibility for any specific treatment.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless a different expiry date is clearly stated on the card or purchase confirmation. The Gift Card must be redeemed before its expiry date. Any unused balance remaining after expiry will normally be forfeited. Rojelle may consider a reasonable extension in exceptional circumstances, but an extension is not guaranteed and must be agreed in writing before the card expires.
Gift Cards may be redeemed towards:
All treatments remain subject to consultation, medical history review, clinical assessment, informed consent and availability. A Gift Card does not guarantee that the recipient will be clinically suitable for a particular treatment.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase, reserve, guarantee or promote prescription-only medicines or prescription-only treatments. Where a recipient requests a service that may involve a prescription-only medicine, an independent clinical assessment and any legally required prescribing process must take place first. The Gift Card itself does not create an entitlement to that treatment.
Treatments, products, practitioners and prices may change during the Gift Card’s validity period. Where a treatment named as an example is unavailable, discontinued or unsuitable, the Gift Card balance may be used towards another eligible service or product. If the selected treatment costs more than the available Gift Card balance, the recipient must pay the difference.
Gift Cards may be used in full or in part. Where only part of the balance is used, the remaining balance will stay available until the original expiry date. No cash change will be provided.

Nothing in these Terms limits the purchaser’s statutory consumer rights.
Gift Cards may be given to another person as a gift before redemption. Once a Gift Card has been redeemed or linked to a client account, the remaining balance may not be transferred without Rojelle’s written approval. Gift Cards may not be resold.
Where a Gift Card is purchased online, by telephone or through another distance-selling method, the purchaser may have a statutory right to cancel the purchase within 14 days, subject to applicable consumer law. To request cancellation during this period, the purchaser must contact Rojelle in writing and provide the order details. The right to cancel may no longer apply once the Gift Card has been redeemed, partially redeemed or used to book or receive a service. Where part of the Gift Card has already been used, Rojelle may deduct the value of services or benefits already supplied where legally permitted. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and not to the Gift Card recipient.
Appointments booked using a Gift Card remain subject to Rojelle’s standard Booking and Cancellation Policy. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment unless a different notice period is confirmed at booking. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in an applicable fee or deduction from the Gift Card balance.
Gift Cards cannot normally be combined with another voucher, promotional code, membership discount or special offer unless Rojelle confirms otherwise in writing. Gift Card balances may be used towards eligible full-price treatments and products.
The purchaser and recipient are responsible for keeping the Gift Card, voucher code and purchase confirmation secure. Rojelle is not responsible for a Gift Card that is lost, stolen, damaged or used without permission. We may be able to replace a Gift Card where valid proof of purchase and the unused balance can be verified, but replacement is not guaranteed.
Digital Gift Cards may be sent electronically to the purchaser or nominated recipient. Printed Gift Cards may be collected from the clinic or delivered where this has been arranged in advance. Please check all recipient details carefully. Rojelle is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect contact or delivery information supplied by the purchaser.

Except where required by law, Gift Cards and unused balances are non-refundable after the applicable cancellation period has ended. Nothing in these Terms affects the purchaser’s or recipient’s statutory rights where a service or product is faulty, misdescribed or not provided with reasonable care and skill.
Rojelle may make reasonable changes to these Terms where necessary for legal, regulatory, clinical or operational reasons. Changes will not retrospectively reduce the monetary balance already loaded onto a valid Gift Card.
